Dog Duty offers a variety of pet products. We carry food for Dogs, Cats, and even Birds. The dog and cat foods are available in both dry and canned form. In addition to our pet foods, we offer an assortment of dog treats. These vary from biscuits to bones. Cat litter is also available in both the scoopable and dry varieties. We also have a powerful flea, tick, mosquito, lice and mite repellent.

Sales Tax Policy

All Texas residents are subject to the Texas Sales Tax of 8.25%.

Delivery Policy

Delivery is only available in the Dog Duty, Inc. service area (Austin, Round Rock, Cedar Park, Pflugerville, Leander, Lakeway, and Georgetown).

All orders up to 200 pounds are charged a $5.99 delivery fee. An extra $3.99 will be charged for each additional 100 pounds. The order will be delivered as early as the next day. Addresses north of FM 2222 will be delivered Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. Those south of FM 2222 will be delivered Tuesdays and Thursdays. Orders must be completed by 5:00 pm for next day delivery.

Out of Stock Policy

If an order can not be completed because an item is out of stock, we will contact you immediately. You will have the option of either replacing the item with another or receiving a full refund for the unavailable item.

Return Policy

All unopened packages may be returned for full refund except delivery fee. After items are picked up from your residence, a credit will be issued back to your credit card.
