Yard Deodorizing

• Many customers complain about odors in their yard.
• We treat the yard with a nicely scented disinfectant that not only smells great, but kills bacteria too!
• Each application is only $7.00, and most yards only need one application each visit.
• We hope that this will allow you to have an odor free yard all year.

Combination Lock

• We are happy to help secure your yard.
• We will provide a FREE lock for the gate to which only we and the customer know the combination.
• You are welcome to this lock for as long as service is provided.
• We ask only that a replacement cost is paid if the lock becomes lost or damaged.

Wash Off Patio

• We will put our nozzle on the end of your water hose and spray off the back patio or deck.
• We will re-coil the hose when we finish.
• We charge $10.00 per week to provide this service.

Zone Training

• This service assists a dog owner to train their dog(s) to avoid certain areas (like flower beds, shrubs, decks, play scapes, etc.) and to encourage them to use more desirable ones.
• We apply two different solutions to accomplish this.
• We use a Deterrent to show the dog the areas to be avoided.
• We use an Attractant to encourage the dog to frequent a more preferred area.
• We re-apply these solutions each week for a minimum of one calendar quarter (13 weeks) or, if you choose, on an on-going basis.
• We charge $10.00 per week for this service.

Yard Treatments

• We have two different options for your yard.
• First, we can apply a solution that disinfects against viruses and parasites using a hose-end sprayer and your water hose.
• Second, we can apply a different solution to ward off mosquitoes, fleas, and ticks. This solution is applied using a sprayer.
• This second solution, once applied, reactivates with each mow and usually lasts all season. We recommend application once the grass is green and being mowed on a regular basis each year.
• We come to the property and provide a bid for these applications.

Cat Litter Boxes

• We offer a litter box swap service.
• We will provide two Litter Kits upon beginning service.
• Each Kit consists of 1 litter box and 1 bag of litter.
• One Kit should be opened and used while the other is kept in reserve until the following week.
• Each week thereafter, the used (dirty) litter box will be placed outside for us to clean.
• The second Litter Kit can then be opened for a clean litter box inside the house.
• We will clean and leave a new Litter Kit each week.
• We charge $10.00 per week for this service.
• We also offer a deodorizer spray bottle for the cat area for only $10.00 per bottle.
