Position
Position: Field Service Provider (Monday
through Friday)
Hours: 7:00am or first light until all work is completed each day
Compensation: We pay by commission. Field Service Providers are paid a percentage of what the service they provide. Most Field Service Providers make $400-$500 per week (we do take
out taxes) and benefits are available.
Yard Scooping
The primary role of the Field Service Provider is to efficiently navigate
to each house on the route and then to service each yard.
At each customer's house, he/she is always to leave the yard free
of dog poop while leaving the gate the way it was found. The bag
of poop is to be left at every client's house. Follow all additional
instructions on the route sheet. Dog biscuits and sticky notes are left at
every house.
Customer Service
The Field Service Provider should expect to occasionally have direct interaction
with customers while scooping their yards. He/she will also be
required to help with notice distribution, bill collection
and/or complaint resolution. We only have one service, and we
try to never lose a customer due to our poor performance. Questionnaires
may be sent to various clients on the route to determine
their satisfaction. Customer comments will also be noted.
Employee Team
There will be a weekly meeting on Mondays. The previous route
sheet is to be turned in for a new one. In addition, each employee
meets with the Field Manager/Owner monthly. Employees will be
expected to help to maintain their routes and assist with equipment
and its repair. The Field Service Provider will also maintain customer gate
keys, help to complete routine truck repair and maintenance as
needed, and assist with fence or gate repair. He/she may also be
required to help train new employees.
Completion of this form does not constitute an application
for employment.
