Your Vacations
If your dog will not be home for a week or more, you may call
us to suspend service for that time period. You will not be charged
for skipped visits.

Our Vacations
We work all holidays except for the Thursday and Friday at Thanksgiving
and the week including Christmas. After these breaks, we scoop
double during the next visit.
Moving
Send us an email with your current and new information. Please
include the start date and anything new with regards to your yard,
gate, or dogs.

Cancellations
We do not have contracts with our customers. If you need to cancel
your service for any reason, please email or call us to let us
know the final scoop date. If you are not finishing a complete
month of service, we will be happy to recalculate your bill. If,
after recalculating your bill, we owe you money, then we will
mail you a check.

Resuming Service
Tell us if you need changes from your previous service and let
us know how many dogs you have.

Change in Account Information
Let us know if you change your number of dogs, your lock on
your gate, your phone numbers, or even your name.
